Allison Catalano

Allison is an economist at the Fraser of Allander Institute.
She joined the Institute in 2022 while working on her MSc in Applied Economics at the University of Strathclyde, and has an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Prior to attending Strathclyde, she spent several years working in hospitality operations, which informed her interest in labour market dynamics and socioeconomic inequality.
Her research frequently covers inequality, focusing on employment, inequality, and health.
