Ever wondered how the design of a building could affect the air you breathe? Or how emissions are measured at the local level?
This month, two University of Strathclyde researchers, and members of the GEMINOA project – Jack Williamson and Dr. Alejandro Moreno-Rangel -, do their best Tim Harford impressions while exploring these topics in their recent podcast appearances.
On Glasgow Science Centre’s ‘A Spark of Science’ podcast, complex scientific topics are distilled into concise, two-minute episodes, making science accessible and engaging for all ages.
Dr. Alejandro Moreno-Rangel (Department of Architecture): Delves into how building design influences indoor air quality, shedding light on the unseen factors affecting our health.
Jack Williamson (Fraser of Allander Institute and Department of Economics): Explores the challenges of measuring emissions and evaluating local air quality and emissions policies.
